About IQ Business (Pty) Ltd

At IQ Business, we believe we are redefining management consulting to be more responsive to the challenges our clients face. Whether these challenges can be tackled by leveraging research from IQ Business and our partners, assigning IQ teams to design and implement solutions, or deploying point expertise to fill a skills gap, we will ensure our clients overcome their business challenges.

The IQ Business Group was officially founded in 1998 by a talented group of individuals from the world’s top consulting companies, who identified a need in the market for blending business analysis with technology. In combining business skills and IT expertise, the team built a client base that represented key blue-chip organisations.

The company has exceeded original growth projections and become a magnet for talented individuals. IQ expanded its operations and successfully established offices in Australia and the United States at a time when the IT market was experiencing a downturn. IQ’s value proposition has remained robust, with experienced quality management teams and talented, creative individuals delivering to clients.

The company’s success lies in recognising that every business process has to be closely managed in relation to a business, and then IT disciplines. IQ was founded on a quest for professional and service excellence – a value that has strengthened as the company has grown. IQ will continue to flourish by partnering with major clients.

In 2011, our African region was renamed and rebranded as IQ Business.
