We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic Business Development Consultant with high level sales experience within the SERVICES INDUSTRIES to canvass new and maintain existing customers within for a top notch organisation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Essential: Proven track record of closing / securing large, blue chip deals / contracts within the services industries
Preference will be afforded to those who have sales experience within the cleaning, security, courier and logistics services.
Matric
Sales diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years SENIOR LEVEL sales experience within the services industries
Valid driver’s license
Own car essential
Computer literacy particularly MS Office and PowerPoint - advanced
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aggressively target potential customers and ensure sales targets are met
Aggressive research and approach of potential customers
Strong relationship building
Presenting and selling company service offering to potential customers - Primary duty is to interest prospective clients in the service offering
Cross and up selling of other services offered
Servicing of existing customers including growth on existing accounts and annual SLA management
Key Accounts account planning and management
Management of sales and pipeline forecast
Costing control
Prepare accurate quotations and supporting documentation
Tender identification and preparation – full process
Keep in touch and follow up with prospective customers to see if they have any additional needs or concerns
Understand that Business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself / herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
Determine each customer’s needs by means of a full needs analysis and tailoring product / service to meet specific customer needs
Complete all office administration efficiently
Weekly and monthly reports
Liaise with all necessary parties eg. finance, operations, HR, logistics etc. to ensure a smooth and successful service implementation
To ensure that the sales process is completed from start to finish
Communications campaigns, marketing advertising, trade shows and show stands experience
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and SOP’s as well as industry legislation
