My client a well-established Logistics company in Somerset West is seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team

Requirements:



  • SA Citizen

  • Minimum grade 12 qualification or similar there to

  • Tertiary qualification in the relevant field 

  • Own reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently


KPA’s:



  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Team work

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications

  • Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment

  • Good data entry and typing skills

  • Establishes potential leads and constant follow ups on all captured data

  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions and providing information

  • Provide customers with product and service information

  • Update existing customer information

  • Process forms and applications
