Vacancy Details

Employer: ADA Recruitment & HR Solutions

-      Payroll for at least +-300 personal;  

-      Full administration duties of companies’ payroll activities at client’s request;

-      Run bi-weekly and monthly wages; 

-      UI19 forms to be completed;             

-      UIF and WCA & RMA submission, reconciliations and claims form completion;            

-      Input of monthly staff loans and advances;  

-      Ensure timesheets are obtained, where required;    

-      Input staff leave in compliance with the conditions of employment;

-      Balancing of Medical Aid and Provident Fund/TSA monthly;

-      Maintain payroll control files with all relevant payroll reports;            

-      Input of perks tax information on VIP (vehicles, cell phones and other);          

-      Job costing time input;         

-      Export VIP ACB reports for bi-weekly and monthly wage payments;  

-      Preparation of Garnishee/SARS ITA88 payment;        

-      Accurate and timeous submission of statutory information, including:             

-      Monthly/ Bi-Annual/ Annual SARS returns relating to payroll (EMP201 Returns – UIF,SDL and PAYE);

-      Monthly UIF Declaration;     

-      Quarterly STATS SA Returns;              

-      Annual OID Returns;              

-      Preparation of all third party payments, garnishees, provident funds payments;         

-      Submission of annual WSP and EE, CHIETA reports;  

-      Calculation of annual increase schedules according to MEIBC/CHIETA increase rates;

-      Calculation of annual bonus and leave pay and report this information on a monthly basis to finance;              

-      Data/ Information Management and Filing   

-      Maintain staff files (ensure all staff files contain a full set of signed documents including employment contract, staff information form, copy of ID, job description, CV);

-      Ensure timesheets are obtained on a monthly basis, where required per employment contract;          

-      Maintain monthly payroll files and reports;

-      All leave forms to be filled and update on VIP;           

-      Update the training on VIP and keep accurate records of training invoices;    

-      Finance Reporting; 

-      Ensure wage reports are loaded to excel and general journal processed into accounting system;         

-    Experience in balance sheet reconciliations of control accounts;          

-      Accurate record of loans and reconciliation of loan ledger accounts;

-      Provide bonus and leave pay provision information on a monthly basis;          

-      Experience with BBE audits (to head this portfolio); 

-      Experience with year-end audits (with reference to wage queries);  

-      Experience with Employment Equity committee and audits (to be a member of the company committee);     

Candidate Requirements

-      VIP Payroll – Premier Package;          

-     Experienced with a timekeeping system (such as UNICLOX or other) 

-      Microsoft Office - Excel, word;
