NEW WORLD PERSONNEL requires a SERVICE MANAGER to contribute to the profitability, secure new customer accounts & service existing accounts - for a leading Tyre Company in the RIVER HORSE VALLEY area.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Std 10 / Grade 12.
· Relevant diploma would be an advantage.
· At least 5 years sales / service experience.
· Relevant supervisory / managerial experience.
· Effective verbal and written communication.
· Sound knowledge of related sales admin systems.
· Computer literacy - Outlook , Excel and Word.
· Good interpersonal, selling and negotiating skills.
· People management and I.R. experience essential.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
· Provide customer service.
· Implement administrative & financial procedures to ensure customer’s needs & company standards.
· Execute plans to secure new accounts in order to achieve business objectives.
· Manage, develop & coach On-site and Sales staff on customer service, training, Company image, discipline etc.
· Manage stores stock in compliance with procedures.
Salary offered: Market & Experience related.
