Our client, seeks a dynamic Senior Property Development Manager, who has specific experience of the entire high-end package to include residential, retail and lifestyle centres both nationally. 

They require someone vibrant and ambitious to work with the COO across acquisition, through feasibility, planning and delivery

The position is based in Cape Town but the incumbent will be required to travel to job sites, meetings, etc on a monthly basis.

Minimum Requirements 

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Town Planning/Civil Engineering, plus 10 years’ experience within the Residential and Commercial Property Development Industry, as well as Legal knowledge within the Properties industry 
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal), have strong presentation skills and proven negotiation skills 
  • You will have a professional reputation of finalising large commercial deals, providing technical solutions, business development and leadership experience within the property development sector.
  • The ideal candidate has an established and extensive network of business relationships and a full understanding of the land development process to drive business and secure large land development projects.
