We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who is a well organised individual providing support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Obtain Customer appointments dates from Head of Sales and prepare Business Reviews for all customers as require for Customer Meetings.
  • Manage all travel bookings for Head of Sales, Sales Manager and sales team.
  • Manage placement, movement and ROI of Coolers 
  • Compile expense claims for Head of Sales
  • Compile minutes of Sales Meetings and Distribute
  • Prepare contact reports for Head of Sales after customer meetings. 

Marketing

  • Assist with administrative tasks

 


Required Skills

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 years administration experience in Beverages or FMCG with credible quality reference 
  • Excellent Computer Literacy 
  • Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills
