We are looking for a high-performance sales manager to develop and profitably grow our sales channel in the Western Cape.
The ideal candidate brings high-energy, persistence and the ability to contribute as a team player.
Essential job responsibilities:
Work cross-funtionally to establish support of sales cycle
Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data
Manage pricing, promotion, content and marketing for the Corp Sales B2B portal as well as for our Full Time programmes
Develop a continuous improvement process/cycle for the end-user/consumer experience
Develop a strategic sales approach coupled with implementation to sell our range of products to corporate and enterprise accounts, including institutional accounts.
Identify new sales channels and prospects while building the business case to persue these out of-the-box channels or sales prospects.
Manage affiliate marketing programs
Affiliate site merchandising, optimization, and analysis for increased traffic and conversation
Execute on closing business opportunities
Translate sales data and market research into viable business strategies linked to B2B channel growth
Establish and build corporate partnership
Manages the selection, recruitment, development, and evaluation of staff
Participate and drive campus activities
Ensure quality academic execution for all the qualification and international certifications
Contribute to the success of CTU Training Solutions by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
May attend industry events to promote the value proposition
