Purpose of the Job

To ensure efficient and smooth running of guest’s stay and daily running of the Lodge front desk in line with our 5-star grading standards. Ensuring that all administrative work is of expected company standards all the time.


Required Skills

  • FOM/Assistant FOM in reputable 4-5 star hotel/lodge. : 3 to 4 years
  • Apex or Opera : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

Person’s Specs and Key Skills

  1. 3-5 years experience as FOM/Assistant FOM in reputable 4-5 star hotel/lodge.
  2. Hospitality Qualifications will be added as an advantage.
  3. Conversant with a PMS (Property Management System), preferably Apex or Opera
  4. Ability to manage and maintain OBE (Online Booking Engines) extranets
  5. Maintaining an acceptable balance on Debtors and O-status
  6. Strong guest relations skills
  7. Will be part of duty management team.

 

Remuneration

  1. R15 000 per month- live in
  2. Provide meals
  3. Provide uniforms
