My Client, based in Witbank, Zeekoewater, is looking for a Branch Manager to implement and deliver on the branch business plan derived from the regional business plan / strategy in order to meet and exceed business objectives, targets and indicators at branch level.

 

Responsibilities

  • To achieve and/or exceed branch operating profit (EBIT).
  • To manage branch stock holding within budgeted and business plan parameters.            
  • To develop and implement a branch people plan to employ, manage and develop staff in order to improve productivity and customer service.
  • To implement, maintain and comply with relevant legislation, company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and housekeeping standards.
  • To effectively manage daily branch operational realities and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Non-Negotiable requirements

  • Experience in the Building industry overlooking the processes and managing the sales of Tiles, Sanitary ware and other similar building Materials.
  • Must reside in Witbank or Middelburg
  • Grade 12
  • Business / retail related tertiary qualification / management diploma from recognised & relevant institution
  • 3 years + managing a retail branch/store including management of people
