Introduction:

Receiving and dispatching of all repairs. All repairs must be booked in on the day it is received

Description:

Duties include:



  • Receiving and dispatching of all repairs. All repairs must be booked in on the day it is received

  • Invoicing of repairs and tracking of EFT payments made to the Service Centre

  • Daily accountability of repairs made ready for collection and not collected

  • Receiving of parts and allocating them to their respective repairs. This includes Syspro admin (receiving and returning spares to and from their respective warehouses)

  • Daily error checking and ensuring that Filemaker is kept up to date and accurate at all times

  • Answering of the telephone in a professional manner and resolving customer queries

  • Stock counts and stationery

  • General housekeeping



Requirements:

  • Matric

  • 3 years practical experience in an administrative position

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service orientated

  • Able to work in a team and independently

  • Computer literate
