Scope of job:
> To provide a high level of professional service to our client.

> The Water Sales Consultant is required to work efficiently and accurately at all times.
> The Water Sales Consultant will offer a comprehensive service to both customer, supplier and support departments alike.
> The Water Sales Consultant will, on an ongoing basis, remain up to date with the Energy (Gas, Electricity & Water) Markets. The industry knowledge gained will be used to correctly assess leads prior to submission to the Sales Team for closing.
> The Water Sales Consultant will pass on relative knowledge to new & existing “Water Sales Consultants”, Managers and Trainers for the betterment of systems and increasing productivity / accuracy.
> All Salesforce tasks will be up to date at all times - not negotiable.
> Every email to / from the supplier & all customers will be stored in Salesforce without exception. No emails are to be permanently deleted.
> Every phone call to / from the supplier & all customers will be stored in Salesforce without exception.
> Additionally the Water Sales Consultant must have the know-how to validate MPANs/MPRs/SPIDs and validate them against systems such as the MTC checker and/or Utilities Direct and/or Everflow’s online platform, either with or without manager assistance and wherever applicable.
> The Water Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting the requirements set forth by the Employer.
> The Water Sales Consultant is responsible for reaching targets set forth by the Employer (KPI).
> The Water Sales Consultant is required to follow the correct channels of communication – Calling in sick etc.
> The Water Sales Consultant will ensure that the Water Sales Consultant DDA’s are completed as required and on time:
- All Close Dates are for the present day or future – Close Dates cannot be in the past, no exceptions.
- All queries by other departments are dealt with immediately and on time.
- The Water Sales Consultant will ensure that all additional Water Sales Consultants DDA’s are completed as required and on time.
- All Tasks are for the present day or future – Tasks cannot be in the past, no exceptions.
- All Contact Dates are for the present day or future – Contact Dates cannot be in the past, no exceptions.
> The Water Sales Consultant will - by using Pipeline Dashboards and Reports generate leads.
> The Water Sales Consultant will not withhold any business critical information which could affect day to day running and overall performance of the business.
> The Water Sales Consultant will ensure EAC/AQs are valid from either the customer or Current Supplier.
> The Water Sales Consultant is required to action any sales related queries from any department responsible for the progression of the sale so long as it applies to the duties and requirements for lead generation.
> Actively pursuing any outbound campaigns for Nature's Range or Stirling Health, where applicable.
> The 8 Habits must be upheld as part of the company culture, at all times.
> Generate water sales in both England and Scotland through all available means including but not limited to recycled data or cold canvassing campaigns, existing pipelines and through any cross sold opportunities through the company’s affiliate or lead campaigns.
> Ensure that all Sites are created as soon as the information required to do so is made available, through access of the supplier portals or client bills, where relevant.
> Ensure that all quotes are recorded on our CRM through the SO and SOLI procedure.
> Complete all sales contract processing procedures and respond to any queries or post sale.
> Fielding of all pre and/or post-sale customer and/or supplier queries relating to the contract process.
> To be certified for all value added services.
> To be certified to send LOA’s (Written & DocuSign).
> Attend all training sessions, including sessions outside normal working hours.
