Stunning 5* property based in the Eastern Cape is looking for an energetic, vibrant and dynamic Front of House / Senior Duty Manager to join their team. 


Duties include but not limited to:-


  • Overseeing and assisting with front office duties
  • Overseeing and assisting the housekeeping department
  • FOH and Housekeeping knowledge within 5* environments to ensure standards and guest experience is unsurpassed
  • Checking and maintaining property standards
  • Liaising with maintenance department
  • Overseeing and assisting with F&B duties
  • Must have a clear understanding of the working mechanisms within a lodge environment
  • Guest liaison
  • Administration duties
  • Carry out and maintain company standards, policy and procedures


Candidate Requirements



  • Matric coupled with relevant hospitality certificate / diploma
  • Fully computer literate including Protel or similar FOH programme, MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • 4-5 years within 5* LODGE environment in a similar role
  • Valid drivers licence




  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to run AM & PM Shifts - supervision
  • Strong work ethic's - lead by example

  • Passionate
