Candidate Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Completed Business/Commerce/Marketing degree
  • Preferably Post graduate diploma in Financial Planning/RFP3/Wealth/Management
  • At least 1 year in the financial industry
  • Goal and target motivated
  • Sales and marketing orientation
  • Natural relationship-builder

Knowledge and Skills

To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:

  • the financial services industry, specifically in life insurance
  • marketing principles and sales skills in order to meet your targets
  • experience in third-party marketing
  • relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge
