Visit customers according to a set daily / weekly calling cycles.
Assess and test all warranty claims, according to set claim and testing procedures.
Identify and check stock rotation and process according to the Rotation procedures.
Check and clean product on the public display stands in the front of area of the customer stores.
Build and sustain great customer service levels and business relationships in support of business objectives.
Build and sustain good internal service levels and business relationships with the Central functions in support of business objectives. (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations etc.)
Training of customers to ensure customers are kept up to date with testing procedures.
Ad hoc deliveries and scrap collections as scheduled by Warehouse Management.
Refer all disputes on Warranty Claims and rotations on the prescribed form to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager (ie proof of purchase issues & no claim battery tests).
Review stock status at customers and report all concerns on the prescribed form.
Resolve or escalate all customer queries/complaints according to relevant company policies and procedures.
Policies and Procedures: To ensure compliance to company, sales and operations policies and procedures.
Regulations: Comply to all Company Health and Safety requirements.
Motor Vehicles: Complete the vehicle checklists as per procedure and highlight any issues on the same day.
Employee Relations: Report any incidences of alleged misconduct/non-performance to Senior Management to ensure action is taken as required
