We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team in the PE branch. The role is responsible for providing quality permanent recruitment services and effectively servicing our clients in the selection and placement of suitable employees within their organization.


Sales and Marketing

  • TELEMARKETING calls to prospective and existing clients for the purposes of developing new buisness, cross-selling and/or up selling
  • Positioning the Company as a trusted, expert Advisor on all HR and productivity problems
  • Ensuring all accounts receive the budgeted number of service calls
  • Identify, secure and manage new clients and sales opportunities


  • Preparing effective advertisements
  • Screening candidates through proper assessment processes
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through diverse sources including e-boards, networking, social media, referrals and direct recruitment tactics
  • Thorough interviewing of candidates with emphasis on client requirements
  • Effective reference checking on candidates
  • Preparing candidates for client interviews and assisting with negotiation process
  • Providing follow-up service to the candidates
  • Ensuring candidate files are well maintained

Client Service and Delivery

  • Negotiating and gaining a full and comprehensive job brief
  • Ensuring that the client receives a selection of only the very best candidates for the position
  • Providing follow-up service to the client and on-going support


  • Submitting complete and accurate weekly reports, plans, expense reports etc as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of growth projections, monthly/annual operational forecasts



Driver's Licence and Own Transport is required
