Purpose of the job:

Ensure that all policies and procedures with regards to all aspects of the administration of the club are adhered to through effective controls, auditing and follow up.

Key Results Areas include:

* Daily reconciliation of daily banking and submission to Auditors and the bank

* Daily preparation of sales commission and club revenue

* Audit of Compliance on new contracts and commission allocations

* New contract process flow

* Administration of existing memberships

* Daily audits of manual processes

* Daily and weekly admin/risk reports

* Maintain the Club Admin filing system

* Identify, investigate and report any non-compliance to company processes and business rules

Experience & Competencies:

* Must be computer literate

* Excellent financial and administration skills

* Customer services orientated

* High attention to detail

* Accurate data capturing skills

* Ability to work independently

* Good time and workflow management skills

* Deadline driven

* Superior written and verbal communication skills

* Initiative to resolve queries

* Must be successful in current role

* Reliable transport

* English and Math at Matric level
