Requirements:

The Tier 2 Client Services Consultant must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in the IT & Networking environment, must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable car is essential. Preferred qualifications include A+, N+ & MCSE certifications. A candidate with both the attitude and aptitude to succeed in the area of Server/Network Support and Client Services Consulting will fill this position. The candidate must have a love for all things IT, have strong problem-solving skills and display an eagerness learn and grow within the Netsurit team. Duties and Responsibilities




  • Provide professional, concise communication with team members and customers

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Being part of a highly motivated, fast passed and self-managed team, delivering support to Netsurit SLA client base

  • Incident management, Problem management, Resolving Service Requests, and applying Change Management where necessary.

  • Assistance with projects within Netsurit’s customer base.

  • Good general understanding of the ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems

  • Will be required to build, install and configure workstations, servers, networking devices and cloud services

  • Troubleshooting hardware, OS and Software related issues on workstations and servers

  • Good knowledge on Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V

  • Working knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

  • Troubleshoot Firewalls, managed Switches and LAN and WAN related issues.

  • Must be able to distinguish between different connectivity scenarios and have a good understanding of how they work, e.g., ADSL, Fibre, MPLS and Site-to-Site VPNs

  • Must have a good understanding of network security, malware/ransomware prevention.

  • Ability to add to existing internal knowledge base, including design documents, network diagrams, and user-facing documentation.

  • Must be able to install, configure and troubleshoot 3rd party applications such as managed Antivirus.
