Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end closing and financial audits
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a finance-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidate Requirements
This position requires someone who loves job variety in a small and dynamic finance department and is hands, works diligently accurate with numbers, energetic and organised.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A post matric finance qualification will be beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years finance department operations working experience.
- Experience in working with Sage and/or Xero Accounting will be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Must have working experience in VIP Payroll.
- Having experience in Human Resource Administration and related regulatory frameworks will also be an advantage.
