Meet Weekly with potential clients to Get (international & national bookings):
Develop and monitor marketing strategy.
A report must be submitted weekly on numbers, how many leads, sales, conversions and all other metrics that will assist in knowing our progress.
Responsible for the drafting and posting of Weekly newsletter to CRM Database and Blog Post on Website , LinkedIn & Facebook Messenger

Manage the social media accounts.
Social media marketing and advertising across all appropriate social media platforms.
Social Media Plan and Strategy:
Establish and manage a clear strategy and the objectives for social media
Develop and implement quarterly social media marketing plan and all its brands globally across relevant social media platforms
Engaging across multiple platforms effectively
Consistently maintaining and updating social media profiles to ensure that they are always comprehensive and provide the latest information and news about the company
Map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics Brand Development
Develop strong brand awareness and online reputation for the company and its brands on social media
Promote the company as a community and thought leader in the education and training sector and encourage participation
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care Identify Target Customers
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
Visual Design and Post Creation
Design messages which include consistent visual branding and messaging that resonates with the organisation’s personality
Oversee design (i.e. graphics for cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, blog.)
Link Posts to appropriate landing pages on our websites Solid Content Strategy
Identify and acquire compelling content for target audiences
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
Develop a content marketing strategy and share frequently to the right audience
Establish a Cost-Effective Promotion Strategy
Establish an agile and cost effective social media promotion strategy and budget
Integrate social media strategy with overall marketing plan and channels
Determining the frequency, the timing, and the type of posts that should be organic (free) or paid (ads or boosted posts) across platforms and social media accounts Engagement Strategy
Engaging with audience by listening, responding and asking questions
Timeous responses to any queries and complaints to establish strong PR and online reputation
Monitor, listen and respond to all users in a social way whilst maintaining transparency
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Establish Robust Conversion Strategies
Establishing a conversion strategy to increase growth and engagements
Connect with prospective and existing clients - Attract prospects, turn prospects into clients and clients into brand advocates Measure and Analyse to Establish ROI
Identifying social media KPIs and key metrics to determine ROI and social media performance
Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
Establish a dashboard system to monitor social media performance
Prepare and present reports regularly General
Manage and update all marketing tools and resources
Identify sources of and manage useful content marketing to share on social media platforms
Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective and aware of latest social media developments and best-practices
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Managing and improving online brand reputation and SEO ranking through social media and other digital marketing platforms
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
Own Laptop and Smart phone is a prerequisite.
1. Strong marketing and sales orientation.
2. Excellent business acumen.
3. Highly developed interpersonal skills.
4. Experience with B2C Media, Google AdWords, Email Campaigns, SEO, SEM & Growth hacking is essential
5. Experience with Facebook Ad Manager
6. Experience with using Content Management Systems
7. Knowledge of Online Advertising platforms:
HubSpot, Hootsuite, Facebook Blueprint
8. Knowledge of Web Analytic Tools – Google Analytics & WebTrends
9. Knowledge of marketing & Communications processes
10. Knowledge of social media platforms
11. Have Technical knowledge of reporting on multiple media platforms
