We are currently looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to manage the process of identifying, assessing and hiring suitably qualified candidates. Improve the employer branding, diversify the workforce, develop and implement customises recruitment projects/process to create a sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future business needs.
Key Tasks:
-Manage Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Processes
-Deliver on recruitment requirements aligned with the company requirements
-Deliver within service level agreements
-Deliver on accurate and relevant job descriptions, and salary benchmarking
-Keep abreast of market/industry recruitment and attrition trends
-Co-create, drive and manage the talent pipeline process through the various feeders or intervention projects, including various cv banks for various core skills requirement
-Recruit the right talent in alignment with required skills and competencies.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop retention strategies to retain the right talent not limited to contract terms for new or potential appointments, promotions and transfers.
-Identify candidates necessary for career development and succession for line manager
-Enhancing recruitment efforts and improve the candidate experience through feedback, monitoring and evaluation
-Run orientation and onboarding processes, effectively onboard new employees to facilitate smooth transition into the business, including facilitation of buddy system.
-Monitor and uphold compliance within the internal and external recruitment process to mitigate legal and financial risk
-Introduce, drive, and live the corporate values through the entire recruitment and onboarding process
-Have a clear line of sight on recruitment costs and value for money
-Oversee HR Governance and compliance
-Monitor and uphold compliance within the internal and external recruitment process to mitigate legal and financial risk.
-Ensure compliance to POPIA; EEA; BCEA and LRA throughout the recruitment process
-Understand and provide HR/Recruitment policy guidance and interpretations
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of recruitment and staff, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
-Ensure accurate hard and electronic filing of employee records and safe keeping of staff files
-Improve and monitor employee productivity
-Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly output of HR Practitioners.
-Monitor and drive the delivery of minimum requirements within service level agreements
-Oversee the talent and performance management process of direct reports
-Develop recruitment deliverables that are aligned to business objectives and the HR Strategy; and identify training needs for division and individual coaching needs.
-Oversee the flow of day-to-day Recruitment operations and effective collaboration
-Delegate tasks to team members and set timelines as required
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
-Lead and engage the team to achieve goals
-Achieve high quality output with team
-Manage weekly submission of HR Metrics
-Interface with client managers on a weekly basis to understand the impact of recruitment and the client targets
-Generate Data for Analysis and Reporting
-Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding recruitment metrics
-Provide monthly reports on overall recruitment and onboarding costs
-Maintain accurate and detailed recording keeping of recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
-Prepare and present required statistics/analytics for Manco meetings, inclusive of daily operations and projects with smart and reasonable proposed interventions.
-Manage Recruitment Operations
-Plan Effective Recruitment Strategic initiatives
-Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop solutions, programs and policies.
-Provide guidance and input on departments’ workforce planning, recruitment initiatives, challenges and proposed business solutions.
-Create and maintain honest, transparent and productive working relationships with stakeholders to assist in building morale, increase productivity and staff retention.
-Consult with line management, providing recruitment guidance when appropriate.
-Collaborate with HR Management team to review job profiles/descriptions/relevant and competitive commission structures and salary proposals, based on market trends
-Manage and negotiate recruitment contracts with external service providers in collaboration with HR leadership team
-Align recruitment deliverables with employment equity targets and provide interventions to close EE gaps.
-Manage Recruitment Projects
-Initiate, develop and implement key recruitment projects per quarter and continuously monitor and evaluate its implementation
-Manage recruitment projects, ensuring that all projects are completed within set/agreed deadlines without disrupting operations
-Plan recruitment budgets and team to produce quality candidates and on time

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
-National Diploma / Degree in HR or Related qualification
-Matric
Essential Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years in recruitment operations supervisory level/talent acquisition, supervising recruitment teams/s
-Minimum of 5 years in a talent acquisition specialist/recruitment role
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in the Financial Services Industry
-Sound Knowledge and clear understanding of FSCA regulations (Advantageous)
Knowledge and Skills:
-Sound Working Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all applicable human resources legislation
-Strong supervisory skills.
-Excellent report writing ability
-Analytical and policy interpretation skills
-Problem-solving skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
