Our dynamic Linden branch has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Admin Assistant to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Attend to the switchboard promptly and professionally.
- Resolve information enquiries and ensure appropriate referrals.
- Perform general supportive administration as required by the branch.
- Maintain the petty cash.
- Responsible for cash analysis, cash ups, reconciliation, processing of tax invoices and credit notes.
- Process interbranch transactions - goods received notes, return to supplier etc.
- Provide branch stocktaking assistance.
- Provide the correct pricing information to customers calling in.
- Manage all office consumables.
- Assist with CIT when collecting.

Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2 - 3 years working experience in administration
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills essential
