  • The main responsibility of the Contact Centre Agent is to Sell Short Term Insurance
  • Quoting client with various plans
  • Selling-Closing client, must know buying signals
  • Achieve and over exceed set targets and KPA’s
  • Have outstanding negotiation and decision-making skills and must be mature
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be self-motivated and results driven

  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Have a good attendance record
  • Be hungry to sell and must have knowledge about Short Term and Long-Term Insurance
  • Must have knowledge about car and household Insurance

  • Working hours: As per business requirements

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working in Insurance Industry
  • No criminal record
  • Clear ITC records
  • Excellent attendance
  • English (Second Language Advantageous)
  • Must be able to work on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be eligible to go on the Rep Register
  • Selling insurance products and services
  • Must pass relevant assessments related to product offerings
  • Must have Sales experience (Contact Centre/Face to Face)
  • Preferably Insurances SALES experience
  • But have excellent objection handling skills 
  • Dofa must not had been expired if so must have RE5 and FAIS if required to
  • Must have sold Insurance before Short Term or Long Term
