Credit AdministratorLocation: Epping, Cape Town

Key Requirements

National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or credit administration role
Strong working knowledge of BuildSmart software (essential)
Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain customer credit accounts
Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on overdue accounts
Perform credit checks and assist with credit application processing
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account queries
Prepare debtor age analyses and management reports
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Capture and process receipts, journals, and account adjustments
Support month-end reporting and finance administration functions
Liaise with customers, internal departments, and management regarding account matters
