Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist with preparations of all Centre for Graduate Support (CGS) workshops.
• Compile and manage RSVP records, attendance registers, and evaluation forms.
• Assist during all CGS workshops.
• Assist during all CGS events, such as the 3MT competition and marketing events.
• Assist with the distribution of advertisements for CGS activities and workshops.
• Assist with preparations to present workshops online on the D2L.
• Gather, capture, compile and analyse data for CGS reports.
• Assist with the analysis of workshop evaluation forms
• Assist with postgraduate student enquiries.
• Record and relay postgraduate student enquiries.
• Report on postgraduate enquiries and activities.
• Assist prospective postgraduate students with admission enquiries and the submission of application documentation.
Inherent requirements:
• Grade 12 or national vocational certificate on NQF Level 4.
• One (1) year’s relevant working experience in a higher education environment.
Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced diploma/BTech degree/postgraduate certificate on NQF Level 7 in administration or related field.
• Two years’ experience in a higher education environment.
• Knowledge of UFS postgraduate admission administration.

01 July 2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary: The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R 240,866.45 – R 403,692.54 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
