Purpose: You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, managing materials, and communicating with project managers and stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (duties include but not limited to):

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Supervise and plan teams and projects.
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, managing a team of workers and subcontractors.
• Responsible for all aspects of health and safety on site.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure work is completed according to project specifications.

• Manage and monitor staff members attendance
• Ensure that manpower and resources are adequate
• Photo & Daily Job Card Completion as per policies and procedures

    2.Project Coordination:

• Build Sites as per client specifications & drawings
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project plans.
• Coordinate with various trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to identify and address any issues promptly.

3.Safety Compliance:

•  If a vehicle is issued to you it is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is kept neat and tidy and in good working condition, all vehicle faults to be reported immediately and follow up on required repairs.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations to create a safe work environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for site personnel.
• Warehouse house keeping
• Adhere to all company health and safety protocols and regulations

4.Material Management:

• Oversee the ordering, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment on-site.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources.

5.Documentation and Reporting:

• Site surveys
• General paperwork requested by management
• o   Reporting (capturing and submitting relevant information on various internet platforms)
• Reporting progress to relevant teams/ project managers
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, including scheduling conflicts and site challenges.
• Implement corrective measures to keep the project on track.

6.Training and Development:

• Mentor and train new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and safety procedures.

  7.Collaboration:

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
• Assist in all General Site work inclusive of electrical and civils.
