- Perform and execute day-to-day office operations

- Payroll input for staff wages, and petty cash
- Sales and Order Processing:
- Manage sales processes
- Taking and processing orders execution
- Drawing up quotations, tax invoices, credit notes
- Accounts Management:
- Assist with financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts using Pastel to generate financial statements
- Debtors and Creditors
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Invoicing and Payments:
- Create invoices using Pastel
- Collect payments
- Age analysis and reporting
- Logistics:
- Coordinate daily product deliveries
- Customer service:
- Customer Liaison
- Address customer enquiries and complaints
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on:
- Sales
- Transport
- Manufacturing
- Sorting
- Driver performance
- Budget and Expenditure:
- Record office expenses in line with the budget
- Stock Management:
- Maintain stock levels and assist with stock control and regular stock checks

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Fully computer literate in MS Office and Pastel
- Strong numerical competency
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail orientated, accurate and disciplined
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Knowledge or experience in the building industry is advantageous
