- Manage and monitor all import documentation from order placement through to delivery.
- Maintain accurate electronic filing of all shipment documents, invoices, COAs, bills of lading, packing lists, customs documentation, and clearing agent records.
- Liaise with suppliers, clearing agents, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Track container movements and maintain visibility of shipment status and ETAs.
- Verify clearing agent invoices and customs charges for accuracy.
- Assist with export documentation when required.
- Monitor stock levels of imported products and consumables.
- Prepare detailed stock planning and forecasting reports.
- Maintain stock records and reconcile physical stock with accounting system records.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate ordering requirements based on stock usage trends and demand forecasts.
- Communicate incoming shipment schedules to warehouse and production teams.
- Coordinate container receiving and unloading processes.
- Ensure receiving documentation and quality control requirements are completed.
- Manage consignment product receiving, checking, and storage.
- Provide support in managing the end-to-end consignment stock processes.
- Support with monthly consignment stock counts.
- Coordinate stock deliveries to customers as required.
- Update online stock figures and process customer orders.
- Verify delivery documentation against customer invoices and orders.
- Ensure correct quantities, batch numbers, and products are dispatched.
- Arrange courier collections and obtain shipping quotations.
- Coordinate customer deliveries and collections.
- Process and distribute customer invoices following delivery.
- Assist with general office administration and telephone support.
- Manage annual permit applications and usage records.
- Maintain filing systems and operational records.
- Attend food safety, health and safety, and toolbox meetings.
- Coordinate PPE ordering and related compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in imports, logistics, warehousing, stock control, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of import and shipping documentation.
- Experience working with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting or inventory software (QuickBooks experience advantageous).
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
