Employer: Career Circuit

A leading organisation within the short-term insurance industry is seeking an experienced and driven insurance professional to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert new business opportunities across personal and commercial insurance lines.
Prepare, compare, and present quotations from multiple insurers.
Assist with underwriting processes, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and amendments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, and service providers.
Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly production targets.
Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare production and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

2–3 years' experience in the short-term insurance industry.
Experience in underwriting support, broker support, internal sales, or policy administration.
RE5 qualification.
Short-Term Insurance qualification.
Class of Business: Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
Up-to-date CPD requirements.
Sound knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
Experience working with multiple insurers and underwriting platforms.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
