Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are consistently applied across projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure seamless project integration.
• Perform model audits and quality assurance checks to maintain model accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts.
• Support project teams with BIM methodologies, Revit best practices, and technical guidance.
• Manage model sharing, data exchange, and collaboration processes within Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet client and project requirements.
• Monitor project BIM compliance and provide regular reporting to project leadership.
