Site Supervisor

- Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of a power plant, including reporting to the client and the implementation of health and safety requirements.

- Oversight of contractors and visitors on site
- Identify areas for improvement
- Perform reporting, administrative tasks and data analysis
- Liaise with H&S, environmental and GCC specialists
- Oversees technical staff such as maintenance and facility technicians and ensures that required training levels are met.
- The position reports to top management and provides input to strategic decisions that affect the operations of the power plant and may give input into developing budgets.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Safety Officer

- Control and audit on OHS Act and environmental compliance.

- Identify areas for occupational health and safety improvement
- Perform health, safety and environmental reporting to the client
- Liaise with Site Supervisor and Contractors
- Complete safety files to satisfy employer’s and client’s needs
- Assists Site Supervisor with safety files, safe working procedures and compliance work.
- Manages and oversees the daily operations and maintenance of a power plant from a health and safety point of view
- Inform and appropriately train contractors and visitors on safety, health and environmental matters.
- Respond effectively to safety, health and environmental emergencies 

Environmental Officer

- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations and company policies.

- Conduct environmental inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor waste, pollution control and environmental performance on site.
- Prepare environmental reports and maintain compliance records.
- Liaise with supervisors, contractors and stakeholders on environmental matters.
- Assist with environmental procedures, permits and management systems.
- Conduct environmental training and awareness sessions.
- Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Respond effectively to environmental emergencies and promote sustainability initiatives.
