Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager with building and warehouse maintenance activities.
Ensure efficient warehouse workflow and optimal day-to-day operations.
Maintain and enforce health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Oversee stock movement, stock control, and regular stock-taking processes.
Supervise and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to support business operations.
Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsExperience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics.
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
Project management experience will be advantageous.
Education & Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
Diploma or relevant qualification in Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
SAP Business One experience will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
