Job Title: Human Resource Site Supervisor
Location:Kirkwood Eastern Cape - Citrus
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Site Supervisor to oversee the HR operations at our Kirkwood Packhouse site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions at the site, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The HR Site Supervisor will work closely with site managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR activities at the site, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to site managers on HR issues
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
- Administer and maintain accurate records
- Analyze HR trends to identify areas for improvement (targets and attendance)

- Leadership Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Supervision Of Staffs And Operators: 2 to 3 years

Conflict Handling: 3 to 4 years

Computer Literate Experience: 5 to 6 years

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in supervision of blue collar staff
- compliance management of staff, preferably in a packhouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR programs and initiatives
- Health and Safety training an advantage
- Matric certificate
- Post Matric qualification would be advantageous
- Computer Literate
- Ability to converse in English
- Own transport.
- Willingness to work shifts from 4am - 9hours, weekend work and work on a Public Holiday is obligatory
