Position: IT Recruitment Consultant (180)

Work Hours:



Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (UK time) with a 1-hour lunch break.

Flexibility of an early finish, the focus/ targets will be set weekly to award an early finish on Fridays (this is based on a team effort)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.

Participate in client briefing calls to understand requirements and build shortlists (4-5 CVs per role).

Conduct proactive searches to build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future needs.

Work on 1-2 new IT roles each week, with salaries typically ranging between £40k - £90k, mainly in the UK, with some roles across Europe.

Focus on IT roles, including Project Management, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, Development and Security positions.

Delivery-only role: no BD is required.

Attend a morning call Monday to Friday, with an in-depth Monday morning stand-up meeting. There are daily wrap-up meetings (Mon - Friday) at 17:15 UK time but you may find that you need to continue working after this to complete your workload.
