Supporting and aiding the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving the profitability of the F&B outlets.Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence,Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks,Ensure that all sick leave, annual leave, family responsibility leave, and any other absenteeism is duly reported to HR on the prescribed formsAssists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniformsGet to know and personally engage with regular guestsEnsure guest satisfactionMonitor all guest complaints, actioning steps where necessaryFood & Beverage Planning & ControlMonthly stocktaking and Ensure tight control over F&B security to avoid damage or theft.

• Post matric hotel school qualification in Food and Beverage
• 2-3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel restaurant or similar environment
• Computer literacy
• Good understanding of the micros point of sale system
• Previous leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills with and understanding of finance
• Good wine knowledge
• High level of English proficiency
• Ability to train and develop a team
