Core Purpose of the Role
The Immigration and Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding clients through immigration pathways, sourcing candidates for international employers, and contributing to the overall growth of New World Immigration across global markets.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Management
- Manage all incoming leads within required turnaround times and in accordance with NWI systems.
- Achieve and consistently maintain monthly revenue and performance targets.
- Qualify clients for immigration or visa pathways using up-to-date legislation and policy.
- Provide accurate advice, quotations, contracts and supporting documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring accurate information is provided at all times.
International Recruitment Functions
- Identify, source and qualify suitable candidates for overseas placement.
- Build strong B2B relationships with international employers across multiple countries.
- Match employer requirements with candidate profiles to support successful recruitment outcomes.
- Prepare candidates to be job ready, professionally and emotionally, for relocation.
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities
- Submit client information and documents accurately for processing by caseworkers.
- Assist in procuring new partners, services and passive lead channels that support NWI’s growth.
- Adapt to evolving job requirements as the business grows and new opportunities arise.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, positive and productive office environment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and the internal code of discipline.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales / recruitment experience with an unblemished track record.
- Strong command of communication, problem solving and people engagement.
- Ability to handle a high volume of warm immigration enquiries.
- Ability to converse with overseas business owners/HR Managers
- Ability to deal with multiple candidate conversations at once
- Ability to source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIN
