Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)
Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management principles
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP, Syspro, or similar)
Experience in S&OP and data analytics tools advantageous
