How you'll role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs, and leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates. This role calls for a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding. What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including networks, job boards, and social media

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation

• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and oversee background and reference checks

• Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system

• Generate recruitment analytics reports

• Champion a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand
