Supplier Compliance Administrator (BEE Compliance) (JB5731)

R16 000 to R18 000 a month CTC

This role supports supplier compliance processes by contacting suppliers, collecting BEE certificates and affidavits, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with the appropriate BEE codes. It combines outbound calling, data sourcing, document verification, and digital uploading into the internal BEE database. The position requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all compliance workflows
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in outbound calling / call-centre engagement
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all organisational levels
Excellent telephone etiquette
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Willingness to learn and take ownership of processes
Ability to explain complex ideas simply and patiently
Knowledge of BEE codes
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to suppliers on behalf of clients, requesting BEE certificates and affidavits
Source supplier contact details when they are not provided by the client
Verify supplier company details — including name, registration number and VAT number — using CIPC and SARS VAT vendor search portals
Vet BEE documentation to ensure alignment with the relevant Generic or Sector Codes (Transport, Tourism, Construction, etc.)
Upload BEE documents to the BEE database (Beagle)
Maintain accurate information and ensure compliance documentation integrity
