With decades of experience and a reputation for quality and innovation, their products are trusted by major corporations across the region and beyond.They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their Cape Town team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, responding to sales enquiries, and driving business growth through excellent service and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring correct pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Provide technical advice and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Manage the end-to-end sales process — from order placement to invoicing and delivery follow-up.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes to convert potential leads into sales.
Track and update clients on the progress of orders, ensuring clear communication throughout.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
Attend product and technical training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or Engineering is advantageous.
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC, mechanical, or industrial equipment
Strong technical understanding of air movement, ventilation, or mechanical systems.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
