Job Purpose:
The Country General Manager is responsible for leading the overall business operations, growth, and profitability of the company in a specific country.
This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The Country General Manager drives business development, optimizes operational efficiency, and aligns the local team with the company's global vision and objectives to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing the business in line with the Company’s strategy agreed with company management and reflected in Balanced Scorecards of the Company
Carrying out budgeting, financial planning, ensuring the operational efficiency of the business: evaluating and driving successful results. Responsible and accountable for achieving the Company's financial performance (net profit, cash flow, risks management)
Determining priorities depending on the Company's strategy, making key decisions, controlling the implementation of plans and budgets, responsibility for the team's results
Building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with all key stakeholders: (colleagues, partners, vendors, service providers) and drive sell-thru and sell-out performance across channels
Searching for new opportunities, analyzing the market situation, studying its development trends
Lead and structure the Sales Organization to commercial success
Develop and implement sales strategies by channel and product line, managing pricing, promotional activities, and sell-out tools to drive revenue growth
Oversee demand planning
Set and deliver sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPI targets for focus groups
Building and maintaining vendor partnerships, including active involvement in quarterly business reviews.
Ensure operational excellence across Sales, Planning, and execution functions

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership commercial role or general manager in distributor/integrator/vendor/retail company
Experience working for International Company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and targets.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop strategies to improve customer service delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software applications.
Proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
