How you'll role
As a Martech Product Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the entertainment and sports sectors. Your role will be to harmonize marketing, product, and technology with a clear focus on enhancing customer experience through smart use of marketing tools, data, and automation. Delivering seamless, personalized customer journeys is your mission, leveraging your technical savvy and data-driven approach to make impactful improvements.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technologies in collaboration with software and product teams
- Ensure seamless integration of martech tools across platforms
- Manage and unify customer data to drive segmentation and personalization
- Design and manage automated marketing workflows for customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement
- Use martech tools to deliver relevant and personalized customer experiences
- Oversee marketing tools’ configuration and maintenance
- Develop dashboards to track engagement, conversion, and retention performance metrics
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to improve customer interactions
- Provide training and guidance on martech tools and best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CX teams
Required Skills
- Marketing Automation: 3 to 4 years
- Customer Journeys: 3 to 4 years
- Martech: 3 to 4 years
- CX Principles: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Martech, Web, or eCommerce roles
- Experience in sports, betting, or online gaming industries advantageous
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and CX principles
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
