We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with clients and candidates. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles within our organization and with our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The sucessful candidate must be able to:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their workforce needs.
• Source top talent through various platforms, networking, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and service-level agreements.
• Create and present recruitment dashboards and performance reports, highlighting trends, fill rates, and key metrics.
• Utilise AI tools, data-driven insights, and digital sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
