We’re now looking for a Digital Ad Tech Coordinator to join our team and help ensure campaigns run smoothly behind the scenes, from tracking and attribution to integrations and lead delivery.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical ad ops role, it’s a hybrid of campaign execution and lightweight development. You’ll work hands-on with tracking systems, lead funnels, API integrations, and daily troubleshooting to make sure everything from click to conversion is seamless.

Key Responsibilities
Tracking & Attribution
- Set up and maintain tracking across campaigns using tools like ClickMagick (prior experience not essential)
- Troubleshoot tracking issues daily to ensure accurate performance reporting
- Set up postback pixels and verify that attribution fires correctly
Integrations & API Support
- Work directly with clients and partners to configure and troubleshoot API connections
- Ensure smooth end-to-end flow of data between platforms
Lead Capture & Distribution
- Assist in setting up lead generation funnels, ensuring seamless flow from ads to leads
- Monitor and verify daily lead distribution to partners for accuracy and timeliness
Collaboration & QA
- Collaborate closely with the media team to ensure accurate campaign launches
- QA campaigns and funnels to identify and fix errors before they impact performance
Documentation & Efficiency
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices to improve internal workflows and scale operations
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or a related field (internships and junior roles welcome)
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role
- Strong problem-solving skills, you enjoy digging into technical issues until they’re resolved
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and APIs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, or other integration platforms
- Experience with setting up or maintaining lead generation funnels
- Comfort with basic HTML/JavaScript, or interest in learning lightweight development
