My client in the instrumentation industry is seeking a skilled technician to handle service and customer support.  The role focuses on promoting company profitability through excellent service, strong customer relationships, and efficient operations.

• Service and Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs, installations, calibrations, and site work. Stay updated on evolving equipment.
• Customer Support: Deliver outstanding support across internal/external sales, service, and projects.
• Documentation and Communication: Ensure accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and clear communication with customers and suppliers.
• Sales and Relationship Management: Promote products/services, maintain strong customer relationships, and aim for repeat business.
• Hands-On Work: Includes servicing, quoting, documentation, supplier/customer correspondence, and cash collections.
