Are you detail-driven, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Our fast-paced operations team is looking for a Claims Administrator to support our claims process from incident logging to resolution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Capture and process accident, theft, and damage-related claims.

Follow up with clients, service providers, and internal departments to ensure progress.

Track claim statuses and update systems accurately.

Assist with documentation, quotations, and cost comparisons.
-
Escalate any risks or delays to the Claims Lead.
Required Skills
- Administrative & Claims Processing: 1 to 2 years
- Customer / Client Communication: 1 to 2 years
- Process Compliance & Attention To Detail: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
🔹 Minimum Requirements:

Strong administrative and follow-up skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication.
-
High accuracy & ability to work under pressure.
-
Computer literacy (Excel, email & basic reporting).
-
Experience in insurance, fleet management or service administration is an advantage.
