Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in agriculture or a similar industry.

Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.

Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Afrikaans advantageous).

Ability to work independently in a rural/farm environment.
-
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
