Our client is a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector and is seeking a Procurement Specialist/Assistant to support their operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement expertise, particularly with rotating equipment, valves, and pumps, and have established supplier networks in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support procurement activities across projects and operations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with both local and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams on procurement needs.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years’ procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience, ideally in Oil & Gas.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and logistics systems.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Team player with the ability to support senior staff.
High integrity and a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel and strong knowledge of local and international supplier markets.
