A leading Technology/Industrial Equipment company is seeking an experienced Product Specialist with strong experience in technical product support, sales enablement, and customer training, preferably in specialized filtration, automotive systems, or related industrial technology, to join their team in Germiston. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically astute Product Specialist to drive product adoption and satisfaction by developing deep product expertise, conducting demonstrations and training sessions, and recommending application-specific solutions. Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining deep product knowledge of specialized filtration systems.
• Serving as the technical expert to support sales teams and customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and leading training sessions.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams by providing technical support, assisting with the creation of marketing materials, and supporting promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and gathering customer feedback to inform and assist with product improvements.

Requirements:

• A Matric qualification.
• A Technical qualification in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in specialized filtration, automotive parts, or technical sales.
• A strong understanding of engine systems and filtration technologies.
