We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes and Rancher, and a passion for building robust, automated CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high-availability infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across production and non-production environments using Rancher.
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for C# backend and Flutter frontend services.
• Oversee software release processes across Development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Production environments.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and improve application performance.
• Deploy and manage essential system components such as RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

Required Experience:

• Solid, hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Proven expertise managing K8s clusters using Rancher.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, or AWS DevOps.
• Experience managing and promoting code across multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
• Competent in Git, scripting (Bash, Python), and core software development concepts.
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Redis or similar in-memory data stores.
• Understanding of C#/.NET application build and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Flutter deployment for web and mobile apps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.
